Orione was conceived and established in 1992 at Belagavi, India with a humble beginning. It has slowly and steadily grown into an organization dedicated to “Make in India” & “Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyaan” initiative of the Government of India, launched by our Honorable Prime Minister.

We have the required engineering and application knowledge & skill to develop and manufacture high quality result oriented customized solutions, combined with user friendly, safe and reliable products for the past 30 years.

Our products have stood the test of time & are widely recognized and used as preferred products in Construction & Infrastructure industries, Process Plants, Power, Oil & Gas, Mining, Shipyard, Heavy Engineering, Aerospace, Research & Development organizations and are associated with several Global OEMs.

  • State of the Art Manufacturing facility has CNC, VMC, HMC, VTM and Conventional Machines with machining capacity of diameters upto 2,000 mm and lengths upto 6,000 mm.
  • In-house Design, Machining, Fabrication, Paint Booth with Shot Blasting & Oven, Assembly and Testing facilities
  • We manufacture high pressure hydraulic cylinders from 10 ton to 1,500 ton capacity. Working pressure 700 bar to 1,500 bar with dynamic load testing facility upto 2,000 ton
  • All products are dynamically load tested prior to dispatch and serially numbered for traceability

Our State of Art Manufacturing Facility of 20,000 Sq. meters include in – house design, right blend of conventional & modern CNC machines, fabrication shop, assembly work stations and testing facility of Hydraulic Cylinders up to 2,000 tons.
